We’ve launched Application Discovery to help you keep track of all applications in your organization.
This feature is designed to give you full visibility and control, so you can stay on top of your team's software ecosystem.
Currently, you can connect both Google Workspace and Exact Online to automatically identify and review the applications your team uses. We are actively developing additional integrations to help you uncover every corner of your SaaS landscape.
Invite Your Team with New Organization Features
You can now invite other members of your organization to join the platform, giving everyone in your team access to critical data and tools.
Improvements and Fixes
We’ve added currency conversion on application prices, so you can easily see costs in your base currency even when an application is priced in another currency. This way, you’ll always know the true cost, no matter the original currency.
We’ve polished the UI to enhance its look and feel, making navigation smoother and the overall experience more visually appealing.

SaaS Application Discovery - Google Workspace
We’re excited to announce our initial step in automating your SaaS discovery with our Google Workspace integration. By connecting your organization’s workspace, you can now easily identify all the apps in use—both known and unknown. This makes importing your current SaaS applications into Viropay quick and hassle-free.
Looking ahead, we’ll enhance this integration to provide insights into usage data, helping you monitor if your paid licenses are being fully utilized.
Coming soon: Viropay Organizations
We’re thrilled to announce that we’re developing a new feature that allows you to share your Viropay account with your entire team. This will make collaboration much easier, as everyone can work together more seamlessly within the same account.
This update lays the groundwork for an upcoming Chrome extension that we can’t wait to introduce. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer to launching these exciting new features!

Improvements
Multiple files can now be simultaneously uploaded for our auto-import feature.
The logout button has been added to the onboarding process.
The Subscription Settings page has been updated with accurate information. Additionally, users can now manage their subscriptions from the same page.
Fixes
Fixed issues with the frontend displaying NaNs when some applications' prices are undefined.
Corrected the display of payment frequency on the frontend.
Fixed the switcher button that allows selecting between monthly and yearly subscriptions.
